Had a similar experience. Don't worry everyone you talk to on the phone will tell you a different story. And then your parts appear in the mail a month later once you've already bought something else.

I'm the only one that talks on the phone here so give me a call. No one will give you different stories because it's just me. I am sure your parts are on the way. We obviously had a large volume of orders due to the sale. All orders are shipped though, so I'm sure yours will be showing up soon.

Called to follow up today, package was sent out today, tracking number sent via email today. Just give them a call - looking forward to the package!
