BMW E30 84-91 M1 Vented Race Hood IN PRODUCTION NOW! FRP CFRP

The famous M1 design vented hood have been a huge interest for many BMW e30 enthusiasts. Mostly seen on the E30 M3 s14 race cars.

Being a 30 year old car many companies usually don't develop and manufacture parts for the E30's, but being huge E30 enthusiasts ourselves always keeps new products and designs available for the community:)

This hood is a DIRECT fit for the BMW E30 84-91. Washer notch and hood emblem need to be drilled to mount.

All OEM mounting points. Looks factory inside out!

    Hood weighs about 16LBS!

    Factory is close to 50lbs...

Pricing starts at $595.00+S&H for FRP

    Also available in CFRP

So when it rains, water pours onto the injectors and spinning clutch fan to make sure water gets everywhere?

It's not for everybody thank goodness, but I love mine. It's years since mine sported a clutch fan and it sits even forward of your fuel pressure regulator.

Vents are placed is a area where this should be prevented and instead vent out the hot air under the hood..... Because race car:nice:

If s14.net was up and running you would see many members using the same style hood with the vent placed in the same exact location.

As stated in the 1st thread this hood has been seen and used by many in the E30 M3 S14 crowd, with not many companies manufacturing it, we now make it available to the community;)

Attached is another member's E30 M3 using a very similar design vent on his race car.
