I'm glad everyone is getting these, Please remeber these need to be installed with the suspension loaded, this can either be done with some solid blocks of wood under the control arms with the wheels removed, of the car driven up on ramps. I'd also like to see installed pictures I've got some on the e28's and the front m3 style but none yet of the e30 fronts or rears.

Vt. Bimmer the front links you ordered will still work with aftermarket bars.

Thanks man, look really nice. Here's a pre-install of mine. Looks like the CA bracket needs to be drilled to accomodate the larger bolt. What size bolt is that?

does this go for the e30 m3 style front links also? i cant see there being much difference loaded and unloaded when running a coilover setup with 450F springs...

the brackets need to be drilled with a 3/8 drill bit.
Yes the suspension must be loaded, other wise you will get preload on the bar, yes with coilovers you could change the adjuster to eliminate preload but you still need to have the suspension loaded. You could install them with the car in the air, but that basically elimnates the point of having adjustable links. Ride height from left to right is not the same so once the suspension is loaded more then likely one link will need to be longer then the other so that there is no preload. On my car I have to have my passenger link set about 1/8" longer then the other so that there isn't any preload.

I can get you a set but they will cost more, let me check and make sure my supplier has the parts and I'll get you a price, would these be for stock rear or aftermarket rears? and how much of a drop up front?

ST rear bar, i have links for that but i may consider these for the rear.

The front is dropped on h and r sports 1.3-1.5ish i'd say. I may change it up and go GC here soon though but i was just more wondering the price. There is no front bar upgrade for an ix so these are a nice mod.
