can u rec a decent exhaust shop?....that can perhaps mandrel bend....and weld well.

I need something in 3.5" that will quite down my s54 car, right now I have a single 16" round Borla in the middle of the car and its crazy loud. I think I'd prefer Vibrant or Borla, Magnaflow is pretty expensive for what it is IMO. What would you suggest? I'll be mounted in the rear
