I got an email notification that my parts had shipped on the 27th. However, they did not actually get them to the post office until December 10th. They finally showed up yesterday. I want to support these guys, but when I asked them about the delay, all I got was 'sorry, we are behind from Black Friday.' Which is fine, but don't tell me something was shipped and then not actually ship it for 2 weeks.

I would be happy to get a response, the only thing I have is the PayPal receipt from the 27th when I made the order. I have made other purchases with them before with no issues. This was my largest order to date with them, and I was wishing for a issue free transaction.

I was in the same batch. Said shipped one day but never went out for two weeks.

Price was right. Can't complain much. I suppose the discount received was reflected in service but not product.
