I ordered the 12mm subframe bushings with diff studs/spacers on Black Friday. The bushings came in super quick but the package did not have the spacers/studs with them. I've sent a an email right away and you replied stating you would get them out soon. I haven't seen them yet in the mail. Followed up with a few more emails but haven't heard anything back yet. My order number is 3558.

I'd file a claim on your credit card or paypal. Check out the revshift feedback thread. Unfortunately the email stating "we'll get them out soon" is a common delay tactic this company has used in the past and apparently continues to use.
