Slyder - what spring rates are ordered for the 2 different cabro's below?

Todd has a regular 325ic & Ryan has a 325ic M-tech ll. The M-Tech is lower from the factory than the ic.
I asked for help on spring rates F/R for the cabrio in a 1/17/07 post. What spring rates did you decide on?

I ordered some 500/800 due to the weight of my car with the turbo and hardtop/stereo ect. I hear it rides fine with these rates, we shall see. I just keep in mind that I can change to something else at any time for cheap.
