In response to my GB thread. Lets get one started on the Mechanix Gloves.

Basically lets see what gloves you would be most likely be interested in. Here are my two favorites below. I can get anything from the site. Basically starting at 20% off on up!!

I would like ot get 10+, I have been told the Origianl gloves are all over the place in price. I was looking at the nicer set myself so thats what I assume others would want.

original glove at tool warehouse is $15.05 and the mpact is $21.40, both cheaper than the group buy prices posted above. not trying to be a dick, just trying to alert people that they can get the glove cheaper elsewhere. however, if you want to support a fellow boardmember's efforts, by all means.

We have not even set a firm price on these yet. With a few people the toolhouse guys are cheaper, however not authorized dealers. If we can get 10 or more I bet we are right there with pricing!!

Are you aware that they charge a $10 processing fee for orders under $50? Also, shipping is inflated. So in that sense, it wouldn't be cheaper.

And love them. They have bumpers over all the likely parts of your hands that you would smash them into while working. Really well made finger tips too. I can pic up the little tubes that come with spray oil with these gloves.

Eurospce, that makes sense on how they are selling these so cheap. Anyway I am still interested in doing these. Juts need to know the styles Etc.
