Thanks Mel. Despite all of the negativity that has clogged this forum in recent weeks, I think most of us knew that it was pretty much out of your hands. This delay has been due mostly in part to members who committed but failed to follow up on their word. I, among others really appreciate your updates and perseverance in following up in Europe on this matter.

We're still negotiating with the factory to make the wheels in a smaller quantity.
The quality will be the same as the previous Kopi wheels.
Prices will be the same as posted on the Group Buy.
We're hoping for delivery by the middle to end of December.

Would you please give us an up to date list of participants? And show what Forums they are from. So others can see how near the GB is to completion. Then we might get more people to commit and get this GB completed and Rolling.

Now you stated your looking for a different Manufacture? They will make New Molds for short runs when the Original won't make One single mold for 16'' cause it's not feasible? That dose not make sense. Please give us an explanation / understanding of what is happening?

It now sounds like you are having to go elsewhere for Wheels. When we thought all you needed was 80 wheels worth of committed people.
If the original Mfg' will not work with you any more / Unreliable and your shopping around this could take ?????.

Please give US a better understanding and some Options?

this would be faster, if everyone just send me 800 bucks and after I get 20 orders, tahts 16k I will contact some mfg I know in taiwan and china, and get it started. You should get it by end of next year. If all else fails I could make a years worth of interest on 16k. Everyone wins.

on a serious note, I dont have anything against AM. I think they offer some good product.

but this isnt a group buy, not to mention this isnt a business. This wheel transaction is like those guys taht get the free tickets to the football game and selling it to you for 3 times the price outside the gate. This is very unprofessional and borderline scam.
