Does this valnce fit under the existing plastic bumper or does it go over it? I am have a hard time visualizing it in place. Do you have a pic of it installed?

Will the front bumper fit an 88 IS with diving boards and still use the stock lower valence? Is there any crash protection with these?

The Fiberglass bumper replaces your old one.
It is quite solid.
If you have the IS Lip spoiler, it will fit under the bumper.
You will have to take it to a body shop for a proper installation.
