    Europe = $50USD
    US = $15USD
    Canada = $30USD

    Local buyers willing to pay cash can PM me and set up a pick up date. I am located in Fallbrook which is about an hour north of San Diego and an hour south of Orange county, inland about 30 minutes.

    Now for the goodies. There are several different kits to choose from.

    55w 1 year warranty $150 USD
    55w life time warranty $175 USD
    35w standard ballast 1 year warranty $130 USD
    35w standard ballast life time warranty $155 USD
    35w slim ballast 1 year warranty $140 USD
    35w slim ballast life time warranty $165 USD

    In order to order, send your paypal payment for the full amount with shipping to dtmballer@tfb.com In the comments section put what you want, and where you want it shipped to. Also include your name and screen name. Orders will go out within a week of when payment is received. Please PM me when you place the order so that I know to check the paypal account. Feel free to ask any questions prior to ordering.

    Cheers,

          What brand lamps and ballasts? That is very important to me having done many many HID set-ups.

            Hi Low kits (Bi-zenon) are going to be $250 for standard ballasts with a 1 year warranty, $270 for slim ballasts with a 1 year warranty, $275 for standard ballasts with life time warranty and $295 for slim ballasts with a life time warranty.

            I'll keep the prices for forum members as long as Matt feels suitable since he suggested I post it up.

            As far as 55watt vs. 35watt, with a life time warranty it won't make a difference which one you get from a longevity stand point. I have 35watt slim ballasts on my high beams, low beams, and fog lights, and love them! They are plenty bright. I do have the itch to upgrade to 55 watt, but they are not yet available in slim ballasts and honestly the 35 watts are REALLY bright.

            Brand is Apex Cone. Again, with a life time warranty available, I wouldn't be concerned with quality. Apex Cone has been around for some time now and as a close friend of the owner, I can say that they aren't going anywhere any time soon either.

            Cheers,

            Brian

                Can someone explain 'ballast' to me? What is it? What's the difference between slim and standard?

                  Damn, i just ordered the 55w kit directly thru understeer two days ago, haha... I should have waited!

                  Corvallis, the ballast is the electronics box that comes with an HID capsule; it includes the circuitry to fire up the ballast and maintain the special current needed to keep the capsule running. Sometimes the ignitor is included in that box, sometimes it's a separate box.

                    Ooh, tempting! I have an X-Tec 55w kit that I bought from someone over on bf.c but I'm very underwhelmed with the brightness. Also, in no place on the ballast did it say 55 watt execpt the bar code stick on the side that's almost completely worn off and unreadable now. There's a 55w label on the bulbs though, what do you guys think, did I get shafted?

                    Back on track, I'm very interested in one of the 55w kits, do you have any pictures of them installed? I'm most interested in beam intensity, so an in-car shot might do it...

                    Thanks!
                    Brendan

                        So i'm still a bit hazy on this ballast thing...what's the advantage of slim over standard? is it just smaller packaging that's easier to fit on tight spaces?
