well looks like BMA will continue to get my buisness...

That's pretty rough to go elsewhere because a company uses only FedEx. FedEx treats their customers on the shipment side WAY better than ANY of the other ones. Ask a business owner which ones works best and it almost always is FedEx.

They all break and kick stuff around but for the person shipping, dealing with damaged good, tracking or changing shipments. FedEx wins.
