When you get a big batch of them with the appropriate hub, either 16 or 17, post it here. I might be interested.

Unfortunately the factory has not produced a new batch of the Kopi wheels yet.
We were promised to get our next shipment in December.
We have some 15" Kopi wheels in stock.

    No, not yet.
Production has been delayed until the end of September due to other style wheels with a bigger demand being produced by the factory.

We only relate to you what the factory tells us.
They do not feel it makes business sense at this moment to manufacture the 16" Kopi wheels due to the limited demand internationally.

I think you need to develop a better communication with your factory before you go posting on these forums...

If I were you I'd fly my butt to SA or wherever these are being made now and strike a deal to get the 16's moving. It's proper due diligence or R and D or product development for a business so get business loan and order what they require. Don't expect people in here to commit without seeing a wheel first specially after the 17" hub ordeal. But if you have them make the wheels right you will have no problems selling them even in non staggered setup. I'd bet you guys could sell a container of 16's easy.
I'm in the textile business and does some imports from China and Taiwan... it really isn't that easy to just go there to strike a deal. Usual production will require substantial quantity to be made in order to be cost effective. Not to mention shipping cost would be more economically feasible with more items. Add the overhead cost and plane ticket and shipping... and even if he sells them at 200 and say he gets them for 100... a set is 4 wheels. Just one set is going to be 400 out of pocket expenses. multiply that by general production would require maybe 30 to 40 wheels to be begin production... that 12000 to 16000 thousand mel has to have sitting around waiting. Even if the production volume can be lower, it would still be near 10g of expense to strike up a deal, cause the mfg wont make a template or anythign without promise of payment, and many times you have to fork it up front and take that risk... Not to mention LEAD TIME, before you even see your wheels you might have to wait nearly 6 month... 10 g + sitting aorund for six month... with uncertainty of turnover... I dont know about you thats a huge investment considering he is still selling the 17s just fine... Thats just business.
