I know your not asking me but I had the same questions that he had answered for me in PM.

1) He told me the deal is constant, no time limit on it... it's just a deal he gets through some people he knows or something.

2) It's a lowbeam kit, correct, comes with bulbs, ballasts and necessary connections.

3) Yes, you can get a kit that is direct plug and play for the 9006. You may have to do some very minor (pos/neg) wiring for power.

4) The 55w is priced as follows, per the OP:

110 Dollars + 13 Shipping - 1 year warranty
135 Dollars + 13 Shipping - Lifetime warranty
