Yes, you're right, with the exchange rate, thats well below cost. Even $299 is below what they would cost to buy them direct from Germany.

Well not all that much. Remember, it is a whole new assembly, so it's not only going to be smoked, but it will look new (as opposed to cracked or tarnished).

Also, the smoke effect is not that of a tail light that you tint yourself. It has just the right amount of tint, so your lights will not look dim. Also, each section is tinted slightly differently, for optimal look. And most of all, it looks badass, not ricey or redneck.

Jordan bought real ones from me... but it is cheaper to DIY but just because it looks good over the internet, doesn't mean it looks good in person.
