Well the problem is, the money that was collected was all sent to IE. So its not like I have the $8,500 that was collected laying around for my benefit. The money is in IE's hands.

I'm doing my best on refunding the people who want them in a timely manner.



I did speak with Jeff at IE and his exact words were "We are cranking the order out right now."

^^^ I can not believe this was the last time this seller was logged on here but it is. It has been a week since last time he was on and people are asking for some updates. I bet he is not answering his phone either, but that is just a quess. I feel fortunate that I have been satisfied on this matter, but even then it has been two weeks since that was done, and others are demanding updates. DPI get a clue here.

I have ordered my kit elsewhere and am willing to bet that I receive them before you guys do through this guy. Good Luck guys and keep the pressure up on him !!!

Heres what I have found out today from Jeff Ireland:
"Joe has ordered and paid for a bunch of bars about 2 weeks ago. Because we have been swamped and have had a lot of people out with the flue we are a bit behind. The order should go out in a couple days."

So it looks like we are not totally screwed. But we probably won't get the parts for another 2 weeks :?

My point exactly !! As of now it has been a bit over a week and a day since the last time DPI has even logged on here. Simply uncalled for period. Anyone in business, that is being scrutinized the way he has already handled things up to last week, you would think would be on here daily making some kind of updates and reassurance that they are on the way. But with not coming on it REALLY seems like a shady business transaction and the only comfort is the fact that the BUYERS are having to make the contact and BUG IE about this damn order.

What about the other thread he is trying to sell parts/wheels etc... I have not looked but would be willing to bet people are asking freaking questions about product in those threads and are not getting answers too. Maybe at least they are not any money.

Has anyone made any calls to DPI in the past week by chance? If so, is he even answering his phone?

I got e-mail from Joe. Guess he saw my PAYPAL mail.. This is what he sent me.

I just escalated with Paypal, the claim was about to expire. Kosla's information from IE keeps my hope up, but I guess we will see what happens. I have PM'd, called several times with no answer, and left a voicemail.....all with no response from Joe. Maybe the paypal email will get his attention for me.
