My contact with IE says DPI has contacted them sometime back but there are not any orders at all with the IE at this time.

So pretty much as I figured, we are screwed.

I also made many attempts today to call DPI # posted above and no answer. It goes straight to a voice mail after 4 or so rings and the greeting is not a all like a business but rather a personal type. It just says you have reached so and so # and leave a message and he will call back. Or something along those lines. I have left messages with return #'s to reach me at and as you would expect no return calls at this time.

File a claim with Pay-Pal. If you fund your Pay-Pal account with a credit card, call them as well and file a claim. That's how I got my money back from when the dirt bag Chris Sarant stole it.

I have already filed a paypal claim and escalated it as well. In my case I had money already in my paypal account which it used first before going to the backup credit card on file, which was not needed for this purchase. So I can only hope it is in his account, but my hopes are not high either.
