what I dont get is he went through the effort of refunding me 15.00 dollars once we hit the 5 bar limit. He also is a forum sponsor on this site. This really does not add up.

We're going to see what we can do about getting a hold of this guy and holding him accountable.

In the meantime, I strongly reccomend everyone in this thread who has paid this guy contact either your credit card companies or Paypal, and get claims started ASAP, before the allowable time period expires. I apologize to all those experiencing issues with this seller.

Log into paypal and goto the resolution center. There you will be able to start a claim by selecting the particular transaction ID# associated with him from a selection. Paste the number and follow the steps through it.
