That might be the case there but what is known on this at this point is :

1- payments had to be in 3 weeks ago tomorrow

2- as of today there is NO order that has been placed with IE nor are they aware of this group buy from this seller.

3- seller as not logged on in a week here and a bit longer at e30tech

4- seller WILL NOT ANSWER the phone number he has provided.

found this it may be a lead. It looks like one of the scca chairman for the "Great River Region" SCCA chapter was working with him on sponsorship. I will try to contact the chairman and see if he can point us to some leads

Just a personal update, I am out $1690 right now, and I filed the claim with paypal. Not too happy. After all the research I have done this guy seems like a real seller who is just notorious for bad service, for some reason he has just disappeared for the last week. I have seen his name pop up in several places: forums, scca event records, and what appeared to be a facebook page. Well maybe so but if he was totally legit than this group buy would be as well. I mean since both my source and the other guys email from IE that says this group buy was news to them and there was no order made tells me his pricing info was just to get us hooked, line and sinker from the beginning.

Well I was the one who got my parts on e30tech.
As far as I know.
The GF called me and said I had a note from UPS for a package from DPI and She said the one package was the rings for my wheels.
I sent money for all this stuff on Feb1st and didnt get anything till today.
Last I heard he was on a business trip for a few weeks and everyones parts should be delivered ASAP
He did say IE was slacking on shipping and it wasnt the first time.
we will see.
BTW from what I remember joe said he was 19

you should ask what group buys are going on right now for these and with who in what area..

IE is putting together the order still, they will be shipped the day after I recieve them.

I haven't had any problems with them yet, they've been awesome to deal with.

Normally with orders this large, it's normally way more of a headache then it has been with them.

My contact with IE says DPI has contacted them sometime back but there are not any orders at all with the IE at this time

Just got an email from Jeff at IE.

We have sold him some items. But I personally know nothing of a group buy.

Sounds like he has been telling us he has talked with IE for this order, or so he says. But from what two of us have found out, it shows differently with what IE says has happened.
