I understand completely, I'm working as hard as I can right now with IE. They told me Wed. that it would be shipped in 1-2 business days. I'm going to be in contact with them again tomorrow.
But I completely understand your position and don't blame you for proceeding with paypal, I'll be honest I would do the same if I were in your shoes.

Who ever is still waiting on some resolve,parts or money, keep the pressure on..

Alright, I have you down for one (A refund). I'm working on getting the refunds done. I've sent out $1500 worth of them so far. I'm working as hard as I can on them, but please understand that the money collected from the group buy is in Ireland Engineering hands right now and I'm getting 13 sway bar kits (among other products) no matter what now.

Let me know if you change your mind and what the product again, I will have them in my hands next week according to IE. And if at all possible I would like to deliver what was promised.

It has now been TWO weeks since he has logged on here and given any kind of updates to those who are still waiting to hear something or get their products.

Kosla quoted this on 3/4/08 :

I suggest we give him 20 days to get this stuff to us, while no one will cancel their dispute with paypal. Once we get our stuff we can cancel the disputes. This way we get our parts and DPI gets some of his credibility back (plus his paypal account will stay untarnished).

I think that paypal will take longer than 20 days to get anything resolved anyway. We really have nothing to lose by giving this a shot.

It has now been 23 days since Kosla suggested that, which I had a feeling at the time, that DPI would not deliver in that time frame as well. I truly hope everyone else involved in this has filed and taken action with paypal/credit card companies, as I assume the time to file a claim as come and gone by now (or close to it) as we are approaching the two month mark when the money was sent to him.




Has anyone else even tried to call him on a regular basis with any luck or return calls? I am trying to help keep the pressure on him in any way I can for those still looking for a refund or product. Hopefully this helps.

Mods can we have his banner pulled until this gets resolved? TIA

Afterall if people goto his site and send him money through paypal for products with his paypal account locked down, you can see how this problem as just snowballed?

I am a bit perplexed why he is still allowed to advertise on this board being he is in the dog house with this embarrassing business behavior at this forum. How about a vote to ban his advertising?

I just got off the phone with Ireland and he said that the parts are all on a pallet and the truck has been called to pick it up. This still does not help us with the lack of contact we have had with Joe.

And the fact that once he (DPI) receives the pallet (if it went out today, lets say, it would be 4-7 days before he gets the pallet ) then he has to sort and package and reship everything out to you guys which more than likely will take another 4-7 days at best. So if all the cosmic stars align just right, at best you guys might see your product in just over a week and probably more like 2 weeks or more. All the time probably never hearing a word from Joe whether it be by email, pm, phone, or god for bid a damn post about it. Making this whole fiasco around a two+ month ordeal.

I haven't participated in many but I went in to this one with the full expectation that it could be awhile before I received my parts. Thus, i'm not quite as pissed as others who may have expected a faster turnaround.

Group buys are for people looking to save a few dollars and still should see their products within a timely matter. They can take a bit longer as the seller sometimes is the middle man between you and the product, but sometimes the person with the group buy has just worked the deal out for you to contact a supplier with a certain coupon code or deal to ask for. Generally a group buy from the time it ends and money was collected to the time your product should be sitting at your doorstep is around two maybe three weeks at the most. Hell he waited longer than that to even put the order in on the group buy and at that time IE wasn't even aware this group buy was even going on.

This coming Tuesday this will be 7 weeks since the group buy ended and the money was collected. So it should be assumed that this is very excessive in what is expected of the seller, that and the fact his communication on this matter has sucked badly. PERIOD...
