OK guys I am not trying to rub this in or anything. But rather a display on how quick these should arrive if working with a good company. I received my refund from DPI, THANKFULLY, and ordered my set of 25/22 IE sway bar kit from another forum sponsor, Flying Brick Performance.

I went with them as they had several other things I needed as well. I could have ordered these straight from IE but I knew FBP was a good company to deal with and really did not want several orders out to keep up with. I placed my order late on a Wednesday evening on March 19th through the web and received my kit today! That is just under two weeks (12 days, including weekends) and I am on the east coast. Not to bad if you ask me going through a third party and getting them in 12 days.

You guys are going to have to put the damn heat on DPI as this is totally uncalled for at this point, PERIOD.

Once again not trying to rub this in, but rather showing DPI has/is dropped the ball big time :up:

It has now been TWO weeks since he has logged on here and given any kind of updates to those who are still waiting to hear something or get their products.

It has now been 23 days since Kosla suggested that, which I had a feeling at the time, that DPI would not deliver in that time frame as well. I truly hope everyone else involved in this has filed and taken action with paypal/credit card companies, as I assume the time to file a claim as come and gone by now (or close to it) as we are approaching the two month mark when the money was sent to him.




Has anyone else even tried to call him on a regular basis with any luck or return calls? I am trying to help keep the pressure on him in any way I can for those still looking for a refund or product. Hopefully this helps.

Mods can we have his banner pulled until this gets resolved? TIA

Afterall if people goto his site and send him money through paypal for products with his paypal account locked down, you can see how this problem as just snowballed?

Big Surprise! Paypal closed the dispute in my favor but there was not sufficient funds to refund my money! Joe has not turned his phone on in four weeks, he won't log on to r3v let alone answer a pm, and he won't reply to my emails. If he really is checking this thread under another username I hope he understands that my parts had better show up soon or he better like hiding under a F*cking rock in the F*cking desert for the rest of his life. Step up Joe, we WILL NOT LET THIS GO.

I got a partial refund from Paypal too. I'm still out about $ 70.. If I ever get my sway bars....I'm thinking Spring 2009, then I'll pay Joe the balance of the deal. Better to be out $70 then $380.

Just started putting in my GC kit. Figures I broke the end links to the stock sways. Wasn't much left on the bushings either. f*CK Plus I'll have to cut off a tie rod end too because the threads are so ruined (not from me) the nut won't come off. Even with a jack underneath it. I blame Joe from DPI...LOL
