huh, this is weird. I ordered a set of 25/22 sways about 2.5 weeks ago, and the only arrived yesterday. I was told the delay was from reinforcement kits being on backorder because of a, "...run on them."

Obviously they shipped out a whole big load of em, but it doesn't look like it was for this!

That much is true, and Jesse from Ireland Engineering will back up that one. But I believe he even posted on this thread confirming that they were sent out.

It has now been TWO weeks since he has logged on here and given any kind of updates to those who are still waiting to hear something or get their products.

IT HAS NOW BEEN THREE WEEKS SINCE DPI HAS LOGGED ON HERE WITH ANY UPDATES FOR THIS GROUP BUY... :hitler:

And now for the weekly update...

It has now been 4 weeks since DPI has logged in here with ANY updates to any member still waiting on a resolution to this matter !!! And TWO months have gone by since the GB closed and payment had to made...

At least those who are still waiting for a refund or product have not indicated anything hopeful lately.

I sent him an e-mail last night. Said Where's my sh*T? Told him I got most of my money back from Paypal minus $71.00 which his account didn't have. Told him if I ever get the bars, I'll send him the balance. Also told him to look at his calendar. These were ordered in Feb. It is now April. And next week I go to the track with NO sway bars. I should go on his gauge offer thread here and tell everybody to run from this crook.

I took the weekend and Monday off, so sorry for missing the phone calls (There was quite a few of them, which is completely understandable.)

So anyone who still wants to talk to me after this give me a call today after 3pm. I'll be there and I'll answer it.

Here is the estimate from Ireland engineering, the money is sent to them via wire transfer from my bank. I spoke to Jeremy last night and he is having Jeff Ireland call me regarding this today (Jeff was out of the office when I called.)




Now, an order this big has taken alot longer than I had alotted in the group buy. So I am extending the offer to refund anyones money who want its. It will take me a week or two to refund the money because my paypal account has been locked up from the disputes.

So, just so you know, I'm not going to take your guys money. I'm breakking even on this deal, I set the prices at pretty much my cost.

Right now this situation is getting all my attention, I'm virtually shut down business wise online so I want to get this resolved also.

Anyone who wants a refund send me a PM on here. I'll make a list of those who wants refunds and when they are given. Please understand that those who want a refund will need to give me a couple weeks to unlock my paypal account to get it sent to you.

A little update... I called his only number provided and it goes straight to voice mail and then prompts you that the subscriber can not accept messages at this time, which basically means he has not paid his cell phone bill...

Administrators can we please have his ad pulled out of rotation until this is resolved... TIA
