I don't think he has a shop to goto. The only address listed on his website is actually a home address and his myspace comments, he talks about working for someone else...

The only way you guys are going to possibly get your products, is going to take a few swings with a baseball bat to his knees. Or at least it would be fulfilling to do so even if you didn't get your products. To bad this didn't happen a few years ago, because I knew a few guys who would do said above task for a few hundred bucks...

Someone in his area please go by his address listed in this thread to see what is up (NO KNEE BREAKING NEEDED, UNLESS YOU WANT TOO)

Here's what I've got from Joe:

"I have everyone else's kits shipped out today, but I couldn't get to the Post office in time to get yours out today."

Anybody got any tracking numbers or other confirmation on shipping ?

I have received an email from Joe stating that my sways are shipping. I have a tracking number but UPS has not picked up the parts yet. Joe said that he has been shorted my subframe bushings but wanted to get something out to me. He said that he would be shipping me my bushings when they come in and that he was truely sorry for the delay in the shippment. I really believe that Joe meant well and just got in over his head.

And now for the weekly update...

It has now been 4 weeks since DPI has logged in here with ANY updates to any member still waiting on a resolution to this matter !!! And TWO months have gone by since the GB closed and payment had to made...

At least those who are still waiting for a refund or product have not indicated anything hopeful lately.

Now it has been 5 weeks since he last logged on... Imagine that !!
