I'm going to add in my 2cents. For as light as our cars are those rates are ULTRA stiff. And considering the tires most of you are running WAY, WAY stiff....You can run a much softer spring, bigger front bar, and shocks valved appropriately and the car will have plenty of roll control, plenty responsive, and actually have more mechanical grip than those huge spring rates....
Even with 275/35/15 or 285/30/18 Hoosier autox tires (havn't decided what size yet) I'm only going to run a 450/500 set of springs. 25mm adjustable front, and 'maybe' a stock rear bar, maybe nothing.sigpic
