Im not 100% sure... but in the rear wheels maybe there is room for 5mm-8mm..In the front you would need a 10mm to clear the strut.

Only interested in doing this for the rears. I want to go staggered and avoid "poking." The 5mm between et15 and et10 is right where pokng starts to happen in the rears.

Shaving the pad in the rear should be fine.
