I read the first post and it wasn't in there. He states when ordering will take places and prices for shipping, not the approx. dates.

We will be taking orders for 16 days, Thursday, December 4th - Friday, December 19th. On the 19th all the orders will go to the printer, which will take approximately 3 weeks. As soon as we get them back we will ship off all the pre-orders and start taking orders for the rest of the inventory we'll have in stock.

That a little more clear for you? Well if not, here's some cliff notes.

Printing will take about 3 weeks. When they get them back, they'll be shipping them out.

Meaning that's as much info as he has at this point. My guess is, that once he sends the order off to be printed, and then once he has them back, he'll probably update us all a little further on when we can expect them.
