yeah, this company really is failing. They really should have their shit together. We understand that it has nothing to do with Mel, but lowtec really should have their shit together.

100% refunds are available for those that want to pull out.
As of today, the LowTec shipment has not left Germany.
The wheels are in production in Italy and we are awaiting a sample as they are being made by a different factory-our previous supplier closed down.

Any explanation as to why it has not left Germany?
