This guy scammed me out of $350, he "sold" me a steering wheel on e46fanatics but after a week of never recieving any email from him i get this email

"Im sorry, I rarely check this. The wheel was already sold, they were local and beat you to it. FIle a paypal claim, because I closed that paypal account, and do not have access any longer.
"

This was after the original email me he sent me a week ago that said

sI suppose that could work. jflip2002@gmail.com is my paypal address. Send me your address as well.
"

Thanks, I wish he would do that, because the paypal claims take about 2 weeks. $350 is alot of money to not have for 2 weeks. I cant just go buy a different steering wheel, i cant fucking afford it. This douche has all of my money

Wow that's pretty gay. I'm sure he had no problem transferring the funds out of paypal before closing his account. Hell, the remaining balance is mailed to you as a physical check to the address you have specified in the account. Sounds like he needs to send you a money order.
