Matt, i have tried to contact you several times already. It has been 3 weeks since i paid and as of your pm'ed on 12/01/10, you said it was shipped, but i still have not receive anything yet. So, i have put a claim with paypal to refund my money and i will take my business elsewhere. Not responding to a paid customer's and not delivering the products is really bad for business.
