I PP him his asking price.
He said it would ship ASAP, but only a few hours later I got a PM from him saying he had found a (non essential) bracket was broken.
He offered a refund or a discount, whatever was best for me. I said ship the thing, no worries.
I got it before I found time to even check the tracking number!
