Onlinetires.com sucks
Bought four Continental Contri tracks for my wife's Ford Escape, paid the extra 5 bucks a tire for the outlined white letters, after two weeks we get the tires, and lo and behold, one is outlined white letters, and the other three are blackwall.. Have spent almost three hours, waiting on the phone with Dan, who said they would send out three of the outline white lettered tires and a RMA label to send the others back.. So now we are 3 weeks into this and he sends me a RMA label and says to send the tires back... I don't know if they are sending out the other tires or what.. Everytime I call I sit on hold for about 15 minutes or they just hang up.. Looks like we will have to go thru VISA and put in a claim... All this hassle to save $30.00 over Discount Tire direct..
