Stu - Will Rip You Off

Well I guess I don't have a complete transaction to review but after waiting close to 4 weeks and not having received the RSB that I had paid for as well as over 3 weeks since I've even heard from him, I figure the member that goes by STU has pretty much fucked me over. So buyer, beware, even people with a lot of posts will fuck you over. The worst part is since he didn't have paypal I had to go and get a money order and mail it off to him. This is the first time I've been cheated on a forum so I guess I'm pretty lucky. I checked his profile and he's still on the site all the time, he just doesn't have time to respond to any my emails asking him where my stuff is. Hope this keeps somebody else from getting cheated by this asshole.

Strange I sent my money to him via paypal, still haven't received my item after close to 3 weeks. I've sent a couple pm's to him but no reply. Suppose I will file a dispute with with paypal.

Go to the postal service and file a claim and press charges. Postal inspectors are no joke. People don't realize how serious mail fraud can be.
                  Good luck

I'm not quite sure what you're really saying there. How was this Mail Fraud? I'm looking at it more of a scam, he had something to sell, I sent money via paypal. Now no messages or contact of any kind as well as no part.

Nomad is referring to my situation and he's right, since I mailed the payment it falls under the juristiction of the Postal Inspectors Service and they are very serious when it comes to mail Fraud.

Yup, any time fraudulently procured money is sent via USPS, you just added a felony to whatever other crimes you have committed.

                            Yep, they said it...

Especially if it was a USPS money order.
