Can't say enough good things about these guys. I needed a bunch of parts before Bimmerfest and they got them all to me next day air for no extra charge.

Tuesday night my brake light sensor went out. I called, and got the part Wednesday morning. Installed Wednesday night and left early Thursday morning.

I'll never order from anyone else.

Just ordered damn near every bushing, clip and washer needed to rebuild my shift linkage this weekend, and Patrick told me he would have it at my door by thursday, in time to take it all to Jordan's this weekend and put it all in. He even took the time to go through and look up the parts numbers of 4 or 5 parts I couldn't find on the site.

I'm with Eric, I'll never order from anyone else for OEM parts.

For all you LA folks, BMA's in Glendale (where I live) and they'll let you pick stuff up from them, as if the crazy cheap California Overnight they send me stuff through isn't great enough...

Once again, what a stud. I goofed up and needed one more of each of a couple parts, and also a set of tranny mounts. He gave me about 10% of each part, and is shipping them Priority Mail so I still get them by Friday.

Never had a remotely bad experience with BMA...incredible customer service and technical knowledge.

Well, I paid for the expedited shipping and they shipped it regular UPS ground. I guess we shall see if they correct it or just refund my money and leave me waiting a week on a part I need to operate my car.

                Update:
Yeah so basically im fucked and my parts will come after my window to work on them so the car will be out of commision for another week.

soo this means Im gonna stick to alloembmwparts.com whose prices are similar and have yet to fuck up the 150+ orders I have made with them.

What good is saving $8 if they cant do it right?
                Im now E30less.

bma is good but we're lucky to have one of the best import parts haus' in the country locally with better pricing. i paid 22 bucks for an e36 tierod vs. 50+ at bma. 75 for lemforder arms vs 100+, etc.

What is this place because BMAs fuckup is now turning into an even bigger headache. I didnt want UPS 2-day because they are fuckups and BMA shipped it UPS ground despite me paying for Airborne 2-day and now UPS has lost this package.

Im all for saving money but if the people sending can do something simple like ship the correct part the correct way it does me no good.

How much did you pay? I ordered over $130US worth of stuff and the charge was only $14.something CND. At the dealer it was close to $350+ CND

Can't remember exactly, but BMA charged me $20usd shipping for a Z4 3.0 lever (which has free shipping within the U.S.) and I got hit with a ~$35 brokerage fee from UPS.

Well, update 3. Props to patrick for fixing UPS's screwup. They had a caliper drop shipped and it got here today. Im just dissapointed in the first time around when they didnt fix the tuesday screwup. Now hopefully I can make my car roadworthy again.

Just placed my first order with them today. Spoke with Patrick on the phone and through email to rush me some parts with Sat. Shipping. He gave me a discount on the shipping and called to confirm everything with me. These are some great people to deal with.

Usually with online stores you get low prices with shitty service or high prices with great service but BMA seems to be one of those rare combinations of both low prices and great service.

I paid for Sachs strut mounts, they were marked on the invoice that arrived, but I received Febi mounts. Patrick offered to switch them, at least.

After two orders I'm still only half satisfied.

I order all of my parts from Patrick. I agree with Ritalin Kid, BMA is the only place that has exelent service at a great price. Even though I get a large discount on all parts at my work, it is still much cheaper to order from BMA. Even when i find some place that has a part for cheaper, Patrick is happy to pricematch for me.
