Very disappointed. Ordered parts early last Tuesday (1/17 ) and specificly said I need them by (1/19) Thursday 4pm at latest. Guy on phone said Ok it will be extra.I said fine.
Got parts on Friday 4pm and I was still charged 2 day rush delivery fee.Parts didnt mail till late Wednesday.
Have decent prices but I could have picked up same parts for just $15 more after factoring in shipping at stealer and would have gotten them day I needed them. Just that dealer guys are so slow in looking for the dang parts usually have to set aside an hour.
Will contact BMA to get shipping refunded and update.Comment

I just ordered some suspension components for my E36 today thru Doug. Anyone work with him before?
He was very helpful and quick, patient as well with my long list of part numbers. Got the discount, forgot to ask for pricematch (Pelican selling slightly cheaper). Need the parts by Saturday, best he could do was $5 (2Day since no shipping on weekends) so I could get it by 10:30AM tomorrow.
Hopefully he pulls thru and turns me into a convinced customer. Will report back tomorrow.Comment

Thats the guy who messed up my order and charged me $22 for "2 day shipping" yet I got it 3 days later for a 2 lb box.I had the exact opposite experience. I fed him the part #s and still took about 20 minutes to find parts.Blamed it on his "euro etk" and that he was selecting parts for 325i not 325is.None of which matters if I gave him the part #s.yes I have the newest etk so it wasnt due to parts being superceded.Still no refund on shipping.Originally posted by AutoM3otivesComment

Another BMA fan right here...Yves hooked me up with some brand new E36 engine arms for my twin cam conversion. Shipped all the way here to Australia (in about a week) cost me just less than buying used arms here, and half the price of them brand new from my local dealer!
Will definitely use these guys again!
