Okay, so I just called that number (well, had my friend who is fluent in Polish call it) and the guy who answered the phone didn't really speak any English and also didn't know what we we're talking about. He said he did sell a set of wheels, but to a guy in person (probably a coincidence, I don't really know) I think I'm finally gonna call paypal and see if there is anything they can do.

I'll get my polish friend to look through those. The guy we talked to on the phone said something about a website my friend understood as allegra.tl so I'm going to assume its the same place. I'll be calling him again. Dude thanks so much for the helpful info, I'm working with the bank this weekend and next week. If that doesn't pan out I don't know what I'll do.
