Ok guys so I've decided I'm going to give him this coming week as a deadline (even though I haven't heard from him in about a month) to refund me the $175.00

If not I think I have enought info posted here and researched on my own (by paying for online investigation services) to proceed legally.

If anyone here lives close to him and wants to help out by getting my headliner or money I'd appreciate it as well.

I'll list the legal resources later next weekend if I am resorting to them after all but as for online internet stuff you just need to go through most of that person's posts and you can find something. You can always google as well and if you have a land line, that is even better cause you can use sites like http://www.intelius.com/ or others to get background checks and info.

What a piece of shit!

I sent you your fucking headliner,twice. The first time you told me you where out of town and that is why it got returned. (right or wrong?) The second and last time you told me that no one was able to receive it at the place of business you had it sent to. So after wasting two trips to UPS and the cost of shipping twice I said the hell with it. So I refunded your cash and you are welcome to come pay me a (nice) visit, but before you do you need to ask around from the people who DO know me, I am not a little 16yr old punk like most of the board members here. So you have your cash and the board has the truth about the transaction.

I will be looking forward to the house call. BTW bring $175 with you and you can leave with your ass in your hand and a headliner

I'd like to let everyone know that he refunded the money after 5 months... I would still not recommend doing business and its harsh that not even an apology was given but hell, at least it ended up in the second best possible way (first being me getting the headliner).

I don't know who Kevin is but if its the person steering the convo to a different issue then that was not even a bash lol.

And how come you are posting this after already refunding me and asking to do the right thing? Wow.. either you are bi-polar or you just want to end up looking tough on an 'internet forum'.

Anyways, I already transferred the money you refunded out of my paypal account and its good so for me this is over. I'm not a punk either, I'm a very serious person when it comes to money, you have no idea. A thing that I am is very patient, but 5 months and NO tracking numbers is pushing it a little way too much.

If you really did send them and there was no one at my business (I have 5 employees working from Mon-Fri) then just post the tracking numbers. I'll check em out and apologize for not 'trusting' you lol, but yeah... since mid december.. and ignoring msgs, yeah.. right.
