Joe is awesome! He shipped me a used auto ix transmission with some new parts he had purchased for it. I finally got it installed and it shifts flawlessly and was exactly as he described. I do not think he made any money on the transaction either due to the cost of the shipping and other parts he gave me. He basically gave me the tranny just because I had an ix and was in need of it. What a guy. You can trust what this guy says and does. Thanks again Joe and Merry Christmas!

Joe made me a heck of a deal on two used transfer cases and a bunch of other stuff to rebuild them. He shipped them to me and FedEx lost the transfer cases due to them damaging the crate during transit so I received pretty much an empty box. FedEx made filling a claim for lost goods such a pita that joe ended up having to just refund my money back to me. He ended up never getting those lost transfer cases back so he not only lost the money for them but also the shipping costs and both cases. FedEx really screwed him and me on this one but through it all joe was great to deal with and did all he could do to make the situation right for me anyway. He is a great guy and I would definitely do business with him again. Note to any buyer or seller...if you have an expensive item being shipped insurance is your friend as shipping companies do screw up and will only pay you for their mishandling if you have it insured! The difference between porcupines and BMWs is that porcupines have the pricks on the outside!Comment
