I had problems in the past too. I paid for an intake boot, never got it. He responded to my email after a while and told me he was having shipping problems where a bunch of stuff got lost and said that he would make sure I get it or get a refund. Never saw either and counted it a loss.

Filing a PayPal claim seems to be the only way to get his attention. That's the only way I ever got my stuff a few months ago.

Paypal claim is filed, but no response. He conveniently changed his paypal address between the time I paid and now. I payed zep_06@hotmail.com, and now he is zep0606@gmail.com. I'm sure the account I paid is empty now, so there is nothing to recover.

I will keep this threat up to date with how this works out. I just want my part or my money ASAP. I am totally willing to be proven wrong if he refunds my money and provides some proof that UPS is really at fault.

Filed a Paypal claim against him. Sent money for a fender and never got it. I'd like my money back... I'll post again in this thread to let everyone know how it ends up.

I too had problems. He emailed me pictures of "his" glove box for sale. I paypalled the $45, but never received a thing and he has since not responded. The paypal claim has been filed and he has just been found at fault by paypal. byt hey, look, no money in the account. thanks bud. i hope this douche has been banned so he doesnt steal from anyone else.
