I have been waiting on goods from this guy for over three months. He will not respond. The reason I am posting this now is due to his activity on R3V yesterday. Maybe he will respond..... Owes me an ignition coil and filter.

I recently got screwed on a transaction by this seller. He was selling this H&R cup kit on ebay. “The kit is in excellent condition with no leak” according to the auction, This is FAR from the truth. He would not reply to my emails and after almost a month and a half of waiting I filed a “Charge back” with paypal (more on this later), after that he immediately sent me out an email saying the kit was on its way and purposely gave me the wrong tracking number. I received the parts a week later and was completely dissatisfied with them. The rear shocks were completely Blown, the fronts were very Leaky and would take forever to come back up once compressed. When I emailed him about this he said that was normal and to go ahead and put them on the car and not worry. The springs were also corroded to hell, parts were useless to say the least.

I immediately called my credit card company to inform them that I received the parts and was sending them back at my cost because they were USELESS AND NOT AS DESCRIBED. Parts where sent back to him via fedex, “he claims he never got them”. I suspect thats BS, I’m sure he saw them on his front door and decided to claim they were stolen to try and get money from fedex. If you see him selling a cup kit be careful as they are completely blown and useless. To date this is the worse ebay experience ive had out of about 200+ transactions.

Sorry for the long post, but I felt it necessary to warn others about this seller. If your still thinking of buying from him use paypal and pay with a credit card, this will allow you to file “Charge Back” in case anything goes wrong. Basically you skip all of paypals claim procedure BS and call your Credit Card Company and inform them of whats going on. They will then put a hold on the transaction so you arnt liable and deal with paypal for you who intern deals with the seller. No waiting around for replies, no hoping paypal decides the claim in your favor, and NO hoping they can recover funds from his account.

and In reply to manufear I still have every message from you on ebay...including the derogatory ones that tell me to go fuck myself when I asked you how you knew they where blown and when I asked you if you returned them. I told you to be a little more adult about the situation but I guess you can't. Like I said I never recieved any suspension back, and I'll be glad to post a link to the auctions and the pictures you claim are photoshopped....

you photoshop pictures of items your selling on ebay, then when you get accused of it you pull the pictures off the auction so no one can see them. It would not surprise me if you doctored some emails, Find a legitimate way of making money and stop scamming people you loser. LOL, Post the emails, I also have your saved, Including the one where you said "leaking is to be expected, just go ahead and bolt the cup kit up, it works great". I Have nothing to Hide.

you keep going back to that one email where I finally got pissed off and told you to go fuk your self, continue to cling to it as if it justified YOUR actions. Anyone in my situation would have probably snapped much sooner. You took forever to send me worthless, rusted, old shocks that sat in your garage for god knows how long, wasted 3 months of MY time with this transaction, didn't reply to emails, and then LEFT me A negative feedback for fedexs mistake. According to the tracking # the item was delivered, how am I supposed to know that you didn't receive them if you didn't say anything? I have nothing to hide, Truth is on my side, and my ebay feedback speaks for it self. Yours is nothing short of horrid and your online reputation reflects that, YOU ARE A LIAR, AND I PLAN TO EXPOSE YOU FOR WHAT YOU ARE.

Definately a good seller. I met him in person yesterday and picked up a handful of parts for a fair price. I would def. reccomend. He told me about the douche complaining about the cup kit - the dude is a scammer.
