Currently this buyer is in the process of falsifying claims to paypal, but refusing our offer to replace (at no cost) one small damaged part and also refusing to return shipment when given the offer of a refund if shipment is returned.

This buyer has also just turnred this into a religious attack. I did wonder if there was a motivation there.
Emails now being sent to us from multiple accounts with threats and slander and abusive language.

purchased a diff , received it disassemble , rotted scarred ring and pin , sand covered internals , cover damaged , flange damaged , 150lb diff shipped in a cardboard box torn to shreds , ridiculous seller , speak the truth cause photos don't lie , your a deceitful person hiding behind the word of god . The diff weighs just under 43kg when packed, which by anybody's math is always under 100lbs.
Just using this example, as everything you've been saying has been guesses, exaggerations and escalations of and from the truth.
I haven't hidden anything and I'm not about to, despite your best allegations.

Still want to see proof of this "sand". Considering the diff had been drained and lay empty, and then for shipping we squeezed a rag in to make sure no fluid residue leaked during transit, sand getting in there seems pretty crazy. Shipping from the UK to your door only took 2.5 days, so I don't think there was time for a detour around the Arabian Peninsula.

The "right thing" is to offer you a refund, which you have now refused FOUR times.

Also, your language is getting more and more sketchy, apart from the profane email you sent - just calm that down please, this is a public forum.

It didn't have to "go sour", but you have insisted that it did by refusing us the opportunity to come to a resolution, and sticking to ludicrous and unsubstantiated claims - i.e. this "sand" deal.

why would there be sand in the unit , lets see unit leaks fluid over the years rust dirt dust debris adheres to it then it gets shipped with the input flange removed , output flanges opened with no plugs rolls around in a box thru shipping and customs and my claims are unsubstantiated , dude this is total crap save your lies for court or your wife , from the first email you sent me were defensive and unreasonable . ether way this is your loss, make it right or shut up.
