So what do you expect now? I mentioned the two options I see - shipping the parts listed above or sending you partial refund. You only agree full refund - nothing else?

Send me a PM with pictures of exactly what I am getting. If you have adjusters to add for the missing ones, the caps, and 2 housings that hold the whole assembly to the car. Describe the good and bads and leave nothing out. I will close the claim AFTER i receive these parts.

The facts are:

1. Paid Fast325i for a set of smileys on december 14th.
2. Since they are coming from Germany I didn`t even bother about them until the next year. So I send him a PM January 3rd asking about the tracking #. It was never answered.
3. January 8th, sent another PM, never answered.
4. Here we are January 21st, I still don´t have a tracking #.

Have I been patient enough? I am not posting this to cause a grief or a problem. I just want what I am entitled to, not less, not more.

Also I hope this post helps me resolve the situation.

So, still waiting for updates...

P.S.: I really didn´t want to post this on this topic, but like said above, my patience has been exhausted.

I all fairness I have to say that I received the item I bought from Fast325i in the exact condition as advertised, so I am satisfied in that sense.

However, I guess a bit more communication wouldn't hurt no one.

I received my Ellipsoids today. They were packaged very well and he shipped them the same week I paid. I have a similar complaint regarding his poor communication, but over all, I'm satisfied.

I got my smilies yesterday and they arrived well packaged. It took about 5-6weeks to get them but i knew since they were coming from overseas theyd take a while. I did get a tracking about a week after i ordered them so at least i was able to track it on my own instead of pm'ing the guy. No complaints from me so far.

I'd love to see Fast325i respond to some of this criticism. He's had some cool shit for sale, but some of the complaints in this thread are going to have to be addressed before I'm comfortable purchasing from him again. These are some fairly serious concerns. Fast325i?

Ok, I finally received my refund back from Fast325i. I am pleased that he understood my situation and refunded the money. That said, if by any chance I get the smileys, I will immediately send the pymnt back to him.

Just a recommendation to him, Try to improve the communication with the buyer.
