Well the rims came in today. After 5.5 months or how ever long it has been they came. Dan was never a bad guy to work with and he fallowed through as he promised. Things just got messed up in this deal.

I appreciate your honesty there, it was all just a bit long to deal with. Greg is not reliable in terms of time. He has amazing deals, but its only worth it if you're superpatient.

Gotta step in here, as I know Greg and have met him. There's lots of people that don't have nay good things to say about him, but I'm far from one of them. He may take a long time to get the parts, but that's part of the price break, the understanding that there may be a delay in receiving your parts. He is by no means a theif or unreliable - he is merely caught up with his real life, working hard, providing for the family. E30's and parts import are a distant second, whether or not you think they should be.

As you've seen, you do indeed get the parts you pay for - sometimes it just takes longer. If you don't want to wait, pay twice the price and get them on ebay.de. Or maybe Marakka...his prices are getting low ;)

PS - Dan is a shithead. And smells like pee.

As for the fiasco with the wheels, in my defense, I had outsourced the job of shipping the wheels from Germany to Greg (M-Technik-III) since he was there at the time, and relied on him a little too much. I did not figure it would take longer than it did, but the wheels arrived as advertised. Again, it was my fault for outsourcing the job and selling them before they were in my hands.

Had I seen and held them with my own hands, I probably wouldn't have sold them.

I drove down to Maryland and bought a set of houndstooth sport seats, rear seat, and extra top rear seat (for spare fabric) from Dan. Great seller. Good all around guy to deal with. I recommend doing business with him. Would buy again from him in the future.
