    TMS fail

    Ordered a momo competition wheel over 2 weeks ago on the dot from Turner and have absolutely no idea where it is. they've told me 3 different stories, told me 4 times that they would send me a tracking number and still nothing. So if you need a momo wheel, order it elsewhere.

    Have you called them? I had an "issue" once with play in a RSMB, and they called me.

      yep. ive called them numerous times and got told something different every time. they have always been very good support wise. I think this is a fail on behalf MOMO and that tms knows no more than i do. idk where that thing is or when it will be here haha

        That's weird. I've never had a problem with TMS. Always had great customer service with me. Like you said, it's probably Momo's problem.

          Yeah this has been out of character for tms. i didnt expect to have the wheel asap i just thought after 2 weeks i should at least have a tracking number or know whats up. i think this is an issue with momo and it being the holidays.

            I recently ordered some H&R's from TMS and didn't get the email order confirmation or tracking info that they usually send. They showed up within a week though.

              update on the situation: still know nothing. no tracking number. etc. lol maybe it will just show up this week. we will see.
