I bought a redye kit from them and was sent a invoice price which was $15 less than the online advertised priced.
I paid the online price before checking with the invoice they sent me. So I asked for a refund of $15. They said no problem. After a few days I checked my paypal account to see if they paypaled me the money. No refund. I call them and they say that it takes a couple of days for it to show up. :?: Never heard that before with paypal. Its been two weeks now and they have'nt responded to my emails. I call and they insist that they refunded my money even though it hasn't shown up in my account.
