picked up some E36 window switch's from him, got them VERY fast and they work perfect, heck one of the bezel's has a little nick in it so he sent a spare thats perfect.

I'll echo the same accolades. I bought a set of E36 switches and he even sent me an extra "just in case" one of them didn't work! He even provided me links for wiring the switches.
