Bought a set of bushings from him, when they arrived there was a hole in the box and one of the bushings was missing due to what appeared to be poor packaging.
While we initially disagreed regarding it being his fault or not, in the end he offered a refund. I think ultimately he handled the situation pretty admirably, eating the cost despite the shitty situation. Solid guy--I'd buy from him again.
