Jesse aka jdog is a fantastic seller. I honestly can't express enough how awesome this guy is. I bought a set of wheels from him and UPS lost two of them in transit (though one was later found, returned to Jesse, then reshipped). I sent him a PM telling him what happened and with the rest of my contact info, and within hours I had a PM reply, an email, and a voicemail. He was at the UPS store he sent the wheels from first thing the next morning, and was incredibly communicative. He stayed on it and did everything in his power to get it sorted out, and continued to do so for the entire 6 weeks the ordeal lasted (seriously, that is some dedication). He took personal responsibility for something that he had no control over and wasn't his fault and went well out of his way to make things as right as possible. If everyone were as great as this guy, we wouldn't even need this section of the forum. Jesse, I would like to just say a public thank you, and if you ever need anything let me know.

Good man, wasn't pissed when I kept asking him questions about the Nardi I bought from him, hah. Shipped out quickly, and was probably the best packed package I'd received from anyone.
