Thanks Dave, I'm glad we finally settled this.

Unless I can get a reliable crew and enough time to run things efficiently, I won't be doing much parts business. It's not fair to the customers that have to wait, and it puts more than enough undue stress on me, and I've got enough of that with the other things in my life to choose to add more ;)

Keep us all posted on the car - glad it's in a good home.

Car is in primer, almost ready for paint. Fully rebuilt/painted rear subframe and parts, and a few other goodies :) Hoping to have it ready by April - we'll see!

Hey guys,

I'm not sure how confidentiality works and what not, but I've got about 1,000 dollars on the line and no parts still. It's been over a month since payment was sent, and scott has been in and out of contact with me, giving me lame ass excuses as to why he hasn't been able to ship the parts. I haven't heard from him in about a week, and I believe it's now too late to claim a paypal refund. Can anyone PM me Scott's phone number so I can get an instant response from him? Thanks. I should mention that I've been monitoring Scott's myspace activity, and he's been online every day for the past week, ignoring any messages I've sent him. Please help me in any way you can.

Scott is back at it...I'm $950 into it, and no parts...almost 2 months now. Scott should never be allowed to sell parts again. This is ridiculous. He's representing the forums any time he posts parts for sale, and this type of selling conduct should not be tolerated as it gives the forums a bad rep. If anyone is near Scott or can physically track him down, please help me. I don't know what else to do...

I really need someone's help tracking down Scott Poirier (Bimmerfanatik)...I fear he's attempting to scam me for 950 dollars. It has been almost two months, and still no parts. He has not logged onto myspace in almost a week and is avoiding all contact with me (Email or myspace - I don't have a phone number). If anyone knows him, is in the Boston area, and is willing to help please get back to me. Thanks.

P.S.: To all of you at the PNW E30 picnic, cheers guys, I had a great time! Just wish I had my exhaust, suspension, euro ellips and grills installed beforehand, but Scott clearly prevented that from happening.
