I should update this and say that I may have been a bit rash. Considering the storm and that Nilsson lives an hour and a half away from the parts he was selling, the wheels arrive packaged well and in good shape.

Just received M3 CABs in lollipops and new left control arm. Packaging was fine, items are just as described and he got them in the mail very quickly. Not sure what else you could want from a seller, but I'd definitely buy from him again.
