Insomniac912 - Beware sellers please read and comment.

Ok i will try to word this as best as i can. A few weeks ago i sold my old plate filler. I realized after i sold it i have posted it for the wrong year models. So MR325 told me on the thread i wrote to the buyer (Insomniac912). Told him if it doesnt fit or anything wrong with it let me know i will send you a FULL refund and even pay for the shipping. Ok few days go by and got a pm from him it didnt fit. Ok no big problem. I went and reposted it back for sale and fixed the title. Not long after i had a buyer ok cool he sent the payment i sent that payment to Insomniac912 and threw in for the shipping no big deal two people happy right wrong. few days go buy and he gets the plate filler. one problem it was broken. ok then i send a pm to Insomniac912. i get a picture back in my pm and guess what??????? when he received the plate filler it was broken during shipping or when he had it. The reason why he didnt tell me that it was broken was because in his words "worried about his money". Cmon i heard better. Now hes telling me i cant pack parts????? ok fine Im real happy for the buyer in Canada who i shipped a glass sunroof to and made it there perfect.

I am going to be taking money out of my own pocket to fix the problem bc he says hes not at fault. i even asked him to split it 50/50 only 15 bucks he wont. Really????

I really want others to see this and comment there thoughts about this. I really try my best to make sure my parts get there in one piece and if they dont i will refund no problem.

I also want people to see him as a seller beware buyer.

all i care about now is making the new buyer happy :up:

I was the one who purchased the plate filler afterwards. It was sent directly to me from insomniac. When I opened the package, it was wrapped carefully with paper... But the plate filler had a part broken off.

I don't understand insomniac's reasoning. How would that piece break off during transit? It's not protruding anywhere. And now he won't take responsibility for his actions?

E30euro has been very cooperative and understanding, basically what you expect from a trust-worthy seller. He and I will sort the repair price on our own.

Unless he can justify his actions without sounding self-centered, please beware of insomniac912.

He should have said something about the break the second he opened the package.

Seems shady, but things do break in transit...can't really say he's lying and broke it himself or it happened in transit. How do you really know for sure?

I'd just say fuck it, refund the $$$, and walk away. Shit happens.

he knew it was broken didnt tell me and then it was sent off to Heyitzsushiboi after he told me it was broken i wrote to insomniac912 he then sent me a pic and told me it was broken but didnt tell me bc he was worried about his money now if he had just told me this in the first place i would have refunded him and end of problem but he never told me anything.
